We took a deep dive into Asian consumer sentiment to develop key takeaways about the roles that brands can play during the crisis and into recovery. A second survey will be released to see how consumer mindsets may have evolved.
Since the outbreak, we partnered with McDonald’s and other agencies to remotely produce more than a dozen creative executions across multiple Asian languages. By doing so, we were able to extend the reach of these Covid-19 campaigns to provide McDonald’s unique brand of comfort and familiarity during the pandemic.
Lexus is dedicated to providing essential services during this uncertain time. The “People First” campaign focuses on putting consumers’ needs first, which includes payment relief. We’re helping to spread awareness by adapting this and other Covid 19-related campaigns in multiple Asian languages for consumers who may be in need.
We partnered with the National Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (ACE) to create an emergency relief website to help AAPI small businesses recover and rebuild. It includes information for AAPI small business owners and is available in six AAPI languages.
We hosted a virtual webinar and panel discussion for the release of Nielsen's Asian American Diverse Intelligence Series consumer report for press, clients, and community organizations. The report focuses on the latest data, trends, and insights reinforcing that Asians are a critical part of U.S. society and economy.
We successfully promoted two new Netflix films, Tigertail by Alan Yang and The Half of It by Alice Wu. Working with influencers, press, and community organizations, we created nationwide virtual watch parties, followed by Q&As with the different casts, multiple press spotlights, as well as a hub for user-generated fan art.
We produced a series of podcasts with Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders to discuss ways to help the community and small businesses recover from this pandemic.
